AS WITH ANY BUSINESS, YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY, AND WILL BE BASED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, RELATIONSHIP CONDITION, AND LEVEL OF DESIRE. THE INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS COURSE IS INTENDED TO BE FOR YOUR EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT MAKING ANY CLAIMS TO AVOID DIVORCE. YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN SUCCESS WHEN IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGIES TAUGHT. DETAILS OF REFUND POLICY:


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. The Company provides money-back guarantees where stated for each program or course. If a money-back guarantee is offered it is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within stated days of a refund determined by the program or course purchased, for example a 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team at support@sulondasmith.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day (or last day indicated by the program or course) at 11:59 EST from the date of your purchase. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14h day (or last day indicated by the program or course), you will not be granted a refund.


The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items relevant to the program or course description for entitlement to a refund:

  1.  Access to Your all worksheets and recorded practiced meditations via a Link (Format must be PDF, mp3 or mp4)
  2.  Access to Your Script making book, which must contain at least 5 entires (Format must be PDF)
  3.  Appearance on no less than 2 live coaching calls (of which you can be seen in the recorded video)


We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days (or last day indicated by the program or course) following the date of purchase. After day 14 (or last day indicated by the program or course), all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.


Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days (or last day indicated by the program or course), with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.


Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.


If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.


All refunds are discretionary as determined by Crystal Clear Consultations, Inc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.


If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

IN NO EVENT WILL CRYSTAL CLEAR CONSULTATION, INC. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PARTY RELATED TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF MARRIAGE, RELATIONSHIP OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CRYSTAL CLEAR CONSULTATIONS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LIMITATIONS HEREIN DESCRIBED SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
